One address for everything
Write from the address on your account, because that is how we find it.
- the date of the payment
- the email address of the account
- what went wrong
If it is about a payment, put those three things in the email and we will not have to ask for them.
Refunds, cancellations, a charge you do not recognise, a bug, an account you want deleted, all of it goes to the same address.
