Privacy Policy
This policy covers RIZZER at https://rizzaichat.com. It is written to be read, so it is short and it says what actually happens in the code.
The short version
We keep your email address, the conversations and screenshots you submit, the replies you get back, and a count of how many you have used. Deleting your account removes all of it. Your card details never reach us, and the analytics run only if you allow them.
What happens to the chat you paste
The text you paste is sent from your browser to our server and from there to the AI provider that writes the replies. We keep a copy of the conversation together with the replies so your history opens where you left it and so we can improve the product; deleting your account removes it. The text never appears in logs or analytics.
Nothing you paste is used to train any model. We send it to the provider with training turned off for API traffic, and we do not keep a copy to train anything of our own.
What happens to a screenshot you upload
A screenshot goes from your browser into server memory, gets resized, gets encoded and gets sent to the AI provider. A processed copy is kept in private storage with the rest of your history and is removed when you delete your account. Screenshots never appear in logs or analytics.
Before it is uploaded, your browser shrinks the image so its longest side is 1568 pixels. That copy exists in your own browser tab and disappears when you close it or remove the preview.
Where the writing happens
The replies are written on a server. Your browser sends the text and displays what comes back, and that is the whole reason your text leaves your device: the model that reads the conversation runs remotely, and there is no version of this product where it does not. If that is a dealbreaker for a particular conversation, do not paste that conversation.
How you sign in
Two ways, and both give us the same single thing, an email address. With a code, you type your address, Resend delivers a six digit code to it, and we store that code as a hash until you use it or it expires. With Google, Google confirms the address for you and tells us it is verified. Your Google password never touches this site and we receive nothing else from your Google account.
Payments
Stripe runs the subscription. You enter your card on Stripe, Stripe charges it, and Stripe tells our server that the payment went through and which subscription it belongs to. We never see your card number and we do not store it. What we hold on our side is your email address, whether the subscription is active, and the dates it renewed.
What we do store
Your email address, once you confirm one. It is stored with the name of this project, the date, and where on the site you came from. A short-lived verification code, stored as a hash and deleted the moment you use it or it expires. A signed cookie that says you signed in, so you do not have to do it again on every visit. Your conversations, your screenshots and the replies we wrote, so your history opens where you left it. The state of your subscription: whether it is active and when it renews. A count of how many replies have been generated by your browser and by your network address, so the free limit means something. The count is a number. It does not contain any of your text.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are scrolled and clicked. Both load only after you allow them in the cookie banner, and refusing them breaks nothing. They report things like which page was opened, which button was tapped and which style was chosen. Neither receives the text of your conversation, your screenshot, or any part of either, and Clarity masks that content in your browser before anything is sent. We also run Ahrefs Web Analytics for page views and loading speed, which sets no cookies.

That is the complete list. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no advertising network embedded in this site.
How long anything lives
Conversation text, screenshots and generated replies: until you delete your account. Verification codes: 10 minutes, or until used. Email address and subscription records: until you ask us to delete yours, except the payment records Stripe keeps for as long as tax rules require it to. Analytics data: whatever Google Analytics is configured to retain, currently 14 months. Attribution cookies: 30 days.
Your choices
You can delete your account, your history and your email address yourself on the Settings page. It happens immediately, you do not have to explain why and we will not ask. If you would rather we did it, email hello@rizzaichat.com and we will. Turning off the analytics cookies is covered on the Cookie Policy page and does not affect the generator.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the usual rights to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to complain to your local authority. Same address for all of it.
Age
This site is for people 18 and over. The generator refuses to write anything for a conversation that looks like it involves a minor, and that refusal is not something you can talk it out of. If you are under 18, do not use this site.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this one. There is no version history page, so if you need a copy of what you agreed to, save this one.
