Terms of Service

By using RIZZER at https://rizzaichat.com you accept these terms. If you do not, close the tab. That is the whole agreement mechanism, there is nothing to sign.

Who can use this

You have to be 18 or older. You may not use this site to write messages to or about anyone under 18, and the generator refuses those conversations on sight.

What you get

A tool that reads a conversation you supply and writes suggested replies in the styles you pick. Free gives you a limited number of generations and never asks for a card, and the pricing page says how many that is today. RIZZER Pro lifts the limit and opens the rest of the features for a weekly fee. Automated or abusive traffic can be rate limited on either plan.

What you may do with the output

Anything. The replies it writes are yours. Send them, edit them, post them, put them in a book. We claim no rights over them and we ask for no credit.

We also make no claim that any of them are original. Short flirty sentences are a small space, someone has written most of them before, and two people asking for the same thing may get similar answers.

What you may not do

Do not paste conversations that are not yours to paste, including screenshots of other people's chats that you were not part of. Do not use this to harass, threaten, deceive or pressure anyone. The generator refuses those requests, and going around the refusal is a breach of these terms. Do not scrape the site, hammer the API, or resell access to it. Do not present the output as written by a human when someone has directly asked you.

What we do not promise

We do not promise it will work. There is no uptime guarantee, the model behind it can be slow or unavailable, and the site can go down for a day without notice.

We do not promise the replies are good, accurate, appropriate for your situation, or that they will get you a date. Read what it writes before you send it. You are the one hitting send, and what happens after that is yours.

Nothing here is advice. It is a text generator.

The subscription

RIZZER Pro is a subscription. It costs $6.99 per week in US dollars, it is charged in advance for the week ahead, and it renews automatically every week until you cancel it. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method that amount on each renewal date, without asking again.

Stripe processes the payment. You enter your card on Stripe's form, and we never see or store your card details. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee, which is between you and your bank.

We can change the price. If we do, you will hear about it before it takes effect, the new price applies from your next renewal, and cancelling before that date costs you nothing.

How to cancel

Cancel on the Account page. It takes one click and no email to us. Your access runs to the end of the week you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. The part of the week you did not use is not refunded, which the Refund Policy sets out in full.

If a payment fails

Stripe retries a declined charge over the following days. If it still does not go through, the subscription is cancelled and the account goes back to Free with whatever free limit applies then. Your history stays where it is, and subscribing again restores access. Any fee your bank charges you for the declined payment is not ours to refund.

Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable, because the replies are delivered the moment you ask for them. The Refund Policy page lists the cases where we make an exception, what to put in the email, and how long the money takes to come back.

Ending it

You can stop using the site at any time. Cancel the subscription on the Account page, and delete the account with everything in it on the Settings page. We can also block access if someone is abusing the service, and for the obvious cases we will not send a warning first. An account closed for abuse is not refunded for the week in progress.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that follows from using this site, including messages you send, conversations that go badly, or relationships that end. If a court decides we owe you something anyway, the cap is what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that applies in your own jurisdiction, unless some other law has to apply. Nothing written here removes a right your local consumer law gives you.
